摘要
介绍了所用升降式盖包的漏铁孔尺寸设计原则和使用注意事项和盖包球化工艺在SiMo球铁涡壳铸件和高Ni球铁涡壳生产中的应用情况。实际生产数据表明:盖包球化处理工艺可以降低球化处理温度和减少球化处理过程的温降,提高球化稳定性和铸件质量,降低生产成本。
An introduction was given to the type of tundish ladle adopted in writer's company and the application of tundish ladle nodularizing process in the production of Si-Mo alloyed nodular iron turbine housing castings and the trial usage in the production of high nickel nodular iron turbine housing castings.Practical production data showed that it's possible,by adopting tundish ladle process,to lower the nodularizing temperature,reduce the temperature drop of nodularizing,improve the quality of the casting,stabilize the nodularizing quality of the iron melt and remarkably increase the economic benefit of the enterprise.
