摘要
介绍了超超临界1 000 MW汽轮机中压外缸铸件的主要特征数据和结构图,分析了电弧炉—LF炉(钢包精炼炉)双联作业的可能性。通过对电弧炉、LF炉熔化过程的控制,炉料的选择,w(C)、w(Si)、w(P)量的限制,以及浮渣处理等措施生产的铸件,经超声波探伤(UT)和磁粉探伤(MT)验证,达到了标准规定的质量等级要求,不存在缩孔、缩松等缺陷。
The dimensions,weight and configuration of the medium pressure outer cylinder of the 1 000 MW super-super critical steam turbine were introduced.The feasibility of adopting electric arc furnace-ladle refining furnace(LF) duplex melting was analyzed.After adopting measures such as control of the arc furnace-LF duplex melting process,selection of melting charge materials,content control of the carbon,silicon and phosphorus,as well as the control of dross,the ultrasonic test and magnetic test showed that the casting met the requirements of the quality specification,the casting was free of shrinkage and other defect.
