摘要
在母子公司管理日益成为国内企业集团发展中所面临的最为棘手的问题背景下,首先对母子公司和企业资源进行了界定,并对资源扩散理论进行了简析,利用母子公司间资源扩散管理的理论,提出母公司需要对具有不同公司因素特征的子公司实施差异化管理策略,向其提供针对性的动态资源扩散管理,包括子公司资源状况分析、寻找匹配性资源、匹配性判断、选择合适的资源扩散方式和协助子公司进行扩散资源的吸收与内部化等五方面的内容,并通过实例进行了验证分析,从而形成母公司对子公司的差异化管理模式。
During the development of national enterprise and group,the management of parent-subsidiary enterprise is becoming a hot potato increasingly.In this paper,two concepts are firstly defined such as parent-subsidiary enterprise and enterprise resources,and resource diffusion theory is also analyzed briefly.At the same time,based on the theory of resource diffusion management between parent and subsidiary enterprises,when managing every subsidiary enterprise with different characteristics of company-factors,parent enterprise should carry on different management strategy and provide pertinent dynamic resource diffusion management,including analyzing subsidiary enterprise's resources situation,choosing matching resources,estimating matching capability,selecting the right resource-diffusion mode,and assisting subsidiary enterprise to absorb and to assimilate the diffused resources.Finally,after analyzing practical examples and these discussions above,it is found that different management models are needed for parent enterprise to manage different subsidiary enterprise.
