阐述了IT服务核心四要素——人员、过程、技术、资源,以及它们之间的关系;详细说明了IT服务核心四要素的价值和必要性,并对该核心四要素提出了规范化要求。
This paper presents the four critical components which are people, process, technology and resource of IT service, and the relationship between them is decribed. The value and necessity of the critical component are introduced. Finally, how to standardize the critical component of IT service are introduced.
