摘要
在分析油料场所员工不安全态度成因的基础上,提出重视新员工安全教育、转变不安全态度、营建良好人际关系、公开安全信息、加大监督检查力度等保持正确安全态度的对策。
Based on the analysis of reasons causing unsafety attitude of oils storage and transportation site personnel, the countermeasures including emphasizing safety education for new employee, distinguishing safety training object, establishing good human relation, publishing safety information, strengthening supervision and inspection are proposed.
