全面质量考核在感染管理中的应用

Application of total quality evaluation in the nosocomial infection management

目的:探讨全面质量考核在提高感染管理质量中的作用。方法:制订全面、客观、实用的质量考核标准,对全院临床及医技科室进行考核,考评结果纳入全院质量考核并与科室效益挂钩。结果:实行全面质量考核2年来,未发生过医院感染暴发流行,感染率从3.2%下降到2.8%,感染病例漏报率从21.2下降至11.5%,抗菌药物使用率从65.9%下降至57.3%,感染病例病原学送检率由40.6%上升到88.0%,实现了感染管理质量的持续改进。结论:全面质量考核是促进感染管理质量改进的有效措施。

Objectives： To explore the role of total quality evaluation in promoting the quality of nosoenmial infection management. Methods： Formulate a overall, objective and practical standardization for the quality evaluatinn, and evaluate all the elinieal and assistance depatlments. Then the restllts were included in the quality evaluation of the whole hospital, and the results were linked with economic benet＇its. Results： Since the implementation of overall quality evaluation, no nosoeomial infection outbreak oeeurred during two years, the infection rate decreased fi＇om 3.2% to 2.8%, the rate of missing reporting reduced fi＇om 21.2% to 11.5%, the rate of antibiotic＇ usage reduced from 65.9% to 57.3%, and the pathogen deteeting rate increased from 40.6% to 88.0%. The quality of nosoeomial int^etion management improved eontinunusly. Conclusion： The overall quality evaluation is a useful intervention to promote the quality of nosoeomial infeetioq management.
