摘要
目的:了解江西省六市精神科医师工作意向性,为政府部门改善精神科医师工作条件、提高待遇,进而稳定精神医师队伍,促进精神卫生健康稳定发展提供依据。方法:采用问卷调查法对江西省六市的162名精神科医师进行工作意向性和精神病医院工作现状调查。结果:现有的精神科医师因精神病专科医院工作条件差,医疗设备简陋,经常遭受病人的暴力对待以及在精神病专科医院工作强度大、社会地位低、收入低很多等原因,超过半数的不再愿意做精神科医师。结论:政府在加大精神病专科医院硬件建设的同时,应进一步改善精神科医师的工作、生活条件,特别是切实提高他们的工资收入水平;提高他们的职业荣誉感,稳定和扩大精神科医师队伍;加快精神卫生法律法规建设,加大对患者的规范治疗管理,给予病人更多的关爱。
Objectives: To learn mental doctor' s working intent in 6 c.ities in Jiangxi province and to give reference on improving mental doctor' s working condition, promoting benefit, developing mental doctor group and promoting mental health healthy and stable development. Methods: 162 mental doctors in 6 cities in Jiangxi prnvince were selected to have a questionnaire about working status and intent. Resuhs: Because of poor working condition, poor medical equipment, forcible assault, heavy working, low social status and low income, more than half of the mental doctors did not willing to be a mental doctor any more. Conclusions: Government is considered not only to strengthen mental hospital' s hardware construction, but also promote mental doctor' s working and live conditions, improve their income and professional honor to develop mental doctor' s team. At the same time, mental health law and regulation construction and standardization mental treatment management should be strengthened to give more care to patients.
