摘要
常规实验室血液标本的处理质量对于帮助实验室在识别、减少以及消除来自血液标本不恰当处理的分析前阶段中的误差非常重要。通过查阅临床和实验室标准化研究院(CLSI)等参考文献规范血液标准的处理程序,总结了对全血标本、血清、血浆样本恰当的处理程序,强调了标本处理的离心前(标本运输的时间和温度、试管方向、标本溶血、标本暴露于光下、自动化传输系统、实验室标本拒收标准等)、离心时(温控离心机、再离心)及离心后阶段(血清/血浆标本的储存、防腐剂等)相关的变量。
The quality of the handling procedures for blood specimen can help laboratories in reognizing, reducing, or removing the en＇ors fi＇om inappropriate handling procedures of blood specimen.
