医务社会工作对长期住院患儿服务模式的现状与对策

长期住院患儿除了疾病带来的身体困扰外,其心理受到的由于住院隔离带来的社会功能缺失与不适,对儿童及青少年可能是一种影响一生的打击。通过整理归纳香港、台湾、上海医务社工领先地区在长期住院患儿的医务社工服务方面的特色形式和模式,比较出目前的不足,从而提出该类患儿的医务社工服务发展方式的建议。

Long-term hospitalization not only brought physical impairment to the patients but also might cause social maladjustment to these children because of separating them from the family due to hospitalization. This couht be a life-time negative influence to chihtren and adolescents. This paper reviewed comprehensively the Hong Kong. Taiwan and Shanghai Models of medical social worker＇ s practice to hospitalized ehildren and proposed suggestions to further developing the medical soeial worker＇ s practice for caring long-term hospitalized patients.
