上海人口老龄化趋势与完善养老服务模式研究

近年来上海的养老机构建设发展迅速,社区居家养老服务水平不断提高,"9073"的养老服务格局已经初步建立起来,但养老服务还存在不少问题,如养老机构建设从结构上和服务上与老年人需求存在差距,居家养老服务从内容到形式上都不能满足独子老龄化时代的需要。"十二五"时期是上海应对人口老龄化挑战的关键时期,面对上海进入人口老龄化加速发展时期的严重养老压力,急需探讨适合上海特点的养老服务模式。

In recent years Shanghai endowment orgnaization construction development is rapid,community home care service levels continue to improve,＂ 9073＂ of the old-age service pattern has been established,but endowment the service also exist some problems,such as the construction of endowment institutions from the structure and service with the needs of older persons existence difference,old-age home service from content to form,can＇t satisfy the need of aging of the era of the only child.＂ Twelfth Five-Year Plan＂ period is Shanghai＇s response to the challenge of population aging and the critical period,facing the several aging pressure of Shanghai entering the aging population accelerate development.Period,urgent need to explore the nursing service mode for Shanghai.
