医疗机构中的行政总值班制度是医院管理中重要的组成部分。主要承担非办公时间内医院的行政后勤管理、突发事件的紧急处理等,以保障医院安全、医疗安全、患者安全,保证医疗工作的顺利进行。我院从2009年开始实行临床科室行政副主任参加院行政总值班,取得较好的效果。
