从医患关系看医学生医学伦理教育的缺失

The Deficiency of Medical Students Medical Ethics Education with the Angle of Doctor-patient Relationship

近年来由于医疗对象的复杂性、医疗工作繁重易出错等问题导致了大环境的医患关系紧张、医疗纠纷增多,本文从医患关系角度论证了加强医学伦理规范意识的重要性与迫切性,分析当前医学生伦理教育存在缺失的原因,包括有以下几方面可能:大学生行为失范,单纯经济主义、利己主义、厌学思想抬头,课程设置及教学中,重技术,轻伦理。并结合个人教学体会,提出了加强医学生医学伦理规范意识教育的方法 :转变教育理念,加强人文素质培养;加大医学伦理宣传力度,树立行业典型模范;采取行之有效的教学方法 ,如结合实际案例,结合多样的教学环节等,完善伦理教育的评价体系,把伦理教育渗透到每一个教学细节中去。

To enhance awareness of medical ethics norm.Finding the causes of the of medical ethics education deficiency.Students behavior is not standardized,pure economic doctrine,egoism,be weary of studying,emphasis on technology and overlooked ethics in course offering and teaching may be the causes.Some methods should be taken to strengthen the awareness of medical ethics education such as changing education concept,Strengthening the humanistic quality training,Increasing the propaganda of medical ethics,establishing industry typical model,taking effective teaching methods and improving ethics education evaluation system.
