卫生法学专业沟通技能教学

Communication Skills Education in Health-law Major

摘要 目的调查卫生法学专业本科生沟通技能水平现状,为卫生法学专业课程改革提供依据。方法对2006~2008级共57名首都医科大学卫生法学专业本科生使用加拿大Dalhousie医学院研制的医学院校沟通技能教学评估简化学生问卷进行调查。结果 57名学生中,52名(91.2%)学生认为沟通技能很重要;47名(82.5%)认为需要更多地学习沟通技能,以提升自我沟通能力;46名(80.7%)学生认为沟通课程应贯穿在整个4年卫生法学专业教学过程中;43名(75.4%)认为角色扮演有助于提升沟通技能教学效果;24名(42.1%)学生选修了沟通技能培训课程;18名(31.6%)学生认为自己初步掌握了沟通技能。结论应该大力加强卫生法学专业沟通技能的教学,提高学生的沟通技能。 Objective To investigate the communication skills of undergraduate students in health-law major and to provide the basis for courses reform of health-law major.Methods Simplify students' communication skills training evaluation questionnaire,which developed from dalhousie medical school of Canada,was filled out by 57 undergraduate students in health-law major of 2006 to 2008 grade of capital medical university totally.Results 52(91.2%) students thought that communication skills were important;47(82.5%) students thought that they needed to learn more about communication skills in order to enhance communication skills of themselves;46(80.7%) students believed that communication courses should be run across the 4-years study of health-law major;43(75.4%) students thought that role-playing could improve communication skills;24(42.1%) students had enrolled in communication skills training courses;18(31.6%) students believed that they preliminary mastered communication skills.Conclusion We should vigorously strengthen the communication skills education of students in health-law major and improve students' communication skills.
