摘要
中国石油广西石化220万吨/年加氢裂化装置于2010年6月底顺利完成装置中交,2010年9月28日装置出合格产品,实现一次开车成功。本文对此次开工过程的主要工作,如系统气密,分馏水联运、冷油运、热油运,催化剂装填,硫化,切换蜡油等进行了总结,并对开工中遇到的问题进行了分析。
The 2,200 kta hydrocracking unit of Guangxi Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.of PetroChina realized start-up successfully.The unit was handed on the end of June 2010 and it produced on-specification products on 28 September 2010.The main work during the start-up process was summerized,such as airtight,water transportation,cold oil transportation,hot oil transportation,packing catalyst,sulfurization,switching gas oil,etc.The problems which occurred during the start-up process were analyzed.
