Using Photoshop 9.0 to process images of training instruments and devices,and make images materials of picture frame,background,button and characters,using Flash6.0 to make teaching cartons,using Premiere6.0 to process teaching video,and using founder author tool to integrate and creating multimedia courseware of organic chemistry comprehensive practice training were studied.The development of interface design,teaching content structure design,interactive control design and making process in multimedia courseware of Organic Chemistry Comprehensive Practice Training were introduced in detail.
