左卡尼汀对维持性血液透析患者微炎症状态的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察静脉注射左旋肉碱(L-CN)对维持性血液透析(MHD)患者炎症指标的影响。方法选择50例MHD患者,随机分为治疗组28例,对照组22例,治疗3个月,观察治疗前、后血清hs-CRP、TNF-α和IL-6水平。结果治疗组患者血清hs-CRP、TNF-α和IL-6水平在应用左卡尼汀后均显著下降(P<0.01)。对照组患者血清hs-CRP、TNF-α和IL-6水平在观察期间均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论左卡尼汀对改善患者炎症状态可发挥一定的作用。 Objective To observe the effect of intravenously levocamitine(L-CN) on inflammation index in maintenance hemodialysis(MHD) patients. Methods A total of 50 cases of maintenance hemodialysis patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups: the levocamitine group with 28 cases and the control group with 22 cases.The period of treatment was three months.High sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α) and interleukin-6(IL-6) in plasma were measured before and after the treatment. Results After levocamitine treatment,the levels of hs-CRP,TNF-α and IL-6 in levocamitine group decreased significantly(P0.01).The levels of hs-CRP,TNF-α and IL-6 in control group were no significant difference during the observation period(P0.05). Conclusion Levocamitine could effectively relieve the microinflammatory state in MHD patients.
