摘要
目的观察静脉注射左旋肉碱(L-CN)对维持性血液透析(MHD)患者炎症指标的影响。方法选择50例MHD患者,随机分为治疗组28例,对照组22例,治疗3个月,观察治疗前、后血清hs-CRP、TNF-α和IL-6水平。结果治疗组患者血清hs-CRP、TNF-α和IL-6水平在应用左卡尼汀后均显著下降(P<0.01)。对照组患者血清hs-CRP、TNF-α和IL-6水平在观察期间均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论左卡尼汀对改善患者炎症状态可发挥一定的作用。
Objective To observe the effect of intravenously levocamitine（L-CN） on inflammation index in maintenance hemodialysis（MHD） patients. Methods A total of 50 cases of maintenance hemodialysis patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups： the levocamitine group with 28 cases and the control group with 22 cases.The period of treatment was three months.High sensitive C-reactive protein（hs-CRP）,tumor necrosis factor（TNF-α） and interleukin-6（IL-6） in plasma were measured before and after the treatment. Results After levocamitine treatment,the levels of hs-CRP,TNF-α and IL-6 in levocamitine group decreased significantly（P0.01）.The levels of hs-CRP,TNF-α and IL-6 in control group were no significant difference during the observation period（P0.05）. Conclusion Levocamitine could effectively relieve the microinflammatory state in MHD patients.
