干燥综合征肾损害的超声表现

摘要干燥综合征（SS）是一个主要累及外分泌腺体的慢性炎症性自身免疫病,又由于临床有多系统的受累,故属弥漫性结缔组织病（CTD）。2006年3月—2009年8月我院收治原发性干燥综合征（PSS）11例,现将其对肾脏损害的超声表现报告如下。
