摘要 煤矿开采必须从传统的以满足单一经济建设为目的工程活动转向安全、高效、高回收率、保护环境、完全成本的科学采矿。科学采矿人才应具有扎实的基础理论、相关知识融合、知识综合运用和创新能力,具有开放的、系统的科学思维。在研究生层次的人才培养中,应继续强化基础理论知识、创新能力培养、资源经济与环境知识等,并多方面开展学术交流,拓展学术思维与研究的空间。 The coal mining should be changed from the mining process only for economic construction to the scientific coal mining,including safety,efficiency,high recovery,environmental protection and complete cost The engineers of ability on the scientific coal mining should have the solid theoretical foundation,relative knowledge,and innovative ability,the system of open and scientific thinking.At the graduate level of talent training,we should continue to strengthen basic theoretical knowledge,cultivating their innovative ability and increase their resource economy and environmental knowledge,and carry out the various academic exchanges,expand the academic thinking and research space.
