摘要
近年来,专业学位研究生教育得到了快速发展,与此同时,对现行的导师制度也提出了多重挑战,具体表现在专任导师数量缺乏、导师观念落后、能力结构存在缺陷以及指导模式滞后于形势发展等方面。面对这些挑战,为了保证导师制度能够适应形势发展,有必要重新辨析专业学位研究生教育的内在属性与特征,分析引起挑战的原因,提出改革与发展的对策。
In recent years,the professional degree graduate education has been rapidly developed.At the same time,the current supervisor system is also presented multiple challenges.In particularly,the number of full-time instructors is lack,the idea of the supervisor is fall behind,the ability structure exists defects and the guiding model lags behind the development of the situation and so on.Faced with these challenges,in order to ensure the mentoring system to adapt to new situations,it's necessary to analyse the inherent attributes and characteristics of the degree graduate education again,analyse the reasons that caused the challenges,and put forward the reform and development strategies.
