The Predicament and Breakthrough of Current Decision of Anesthesia Application

当前麻醉应用过程中存在困惑,表现为:麻醉知情告知与患者接受存在矛盾;麻醉应用费用支出与患者经济节约构成冲突;麻醉风险意外出现与患者期待绝对安全冲突;麻醉要求与外科医生要求冲突。当前麻醉应用困惑的解决在于将告知沟通贯穿治疗全程,体现人文关怀;提高麻醉质量,提高麻醉安全系数;加强麻醉医生与外科医生沟通配合,共同提高手术效果;细化优化现有法律规定,平衡医患法律关系。

Current decision of application of anesthesia has the predicament. The predicament consisted in the contradiction between anesthesia acknowledge and the patient＇s acceptance. There was the conflict between the overhead of economy of application of anesthesia and the constitution that some patients try to save money. There was the conflict between the risk or accident of anesthesia and the absolute safety that patients expected for the period of surgical operation. There was contradiction between the requests of anesthesia and the request of surgeon. Ways to solve the predicament of current decision of anesthesia application will be that：Firstly,Acknowledge of communication of anesthesia to patients through cure period, then it will consist in humanities concern;Secondly, the quantity of anesthesia should be increased, so anesthesia safe coefficient will be increased;Thirdly,Communication and cooperation between the doctor of anesthesia and surgeon should be enhanced in order to increase the surgical operation result together; In the end, detailed regulations should be increased and the current law should be improved ,then relation of law between the doctors of anesthesia and patients will be balanced.
