摘要
器官捐献是器官移植事业发展的基石,而协调员在器官捐献工作中则有着举足轻重的地位和作用。自2010年3月我国推行人体器官捐献试点工作以来,适合中国国情的DCD工作成为器官捐献工作的重中之重。如何充分发挥协调员在DCD工作中的作用,提高DCD捐献率和供体转化率,以有效地促进和推动DCD工作,是急待探讨和解决的问题。本文结合作者单位DCD工作经验,通过对DCD捐献成功率、捐献拒绝率和供体流失率的定量分析,探讨和分享协调员在DCD工作中的角色和作用。
Organ donation is the cornerstone of organ transplantation industry,and the coordinators play an important role in organ donation. Since March 2010,the pilot work of human organ donation in china has been implemented, and DCD work in China has been the most important task. How to make the coordinators exert their strength in DCD work, improve the donation rate and donor conversion rate,so as to efficiently promote and facilitate the DCD work,which is an urgent issue to be discussed and explored. In this paper,the quantitative analysis of the donation success rate,donation refusal rate and the turnover rate of donor was carried out, to explore the role of coordinators in DCD work.
