黄党散超微粉对肉鸡生产性能的影响

Effects of Superfine Herbal Powder Huangdangsan on Production Performance of Broilers

选择健康、体重基本一致的1日龄艾维茵白羽肉仔鸡250羽,随机分为5个处理组,即在肉鸡基础日粮中不添加任何添加剂(空白对照)、添加2.0%黄党散普通粉剂(药物处理对照)、添加0.5%黄党散超微粉剂、添加1.0%黄党散超微粉剂和添加1.5%黄党散超微粉剂,探讨黄党散超微粉剂对肉鸡生产性能的影响。结果表明:黄党散对肉鸡的生产性能具有显著影响,且黄党散超微粉优于普通粉;在肉鸡日粮中添加黄党散超微粉剂,能显著提高肉鸡的成活率、平均日增重和饲料利用率。其中添加量为1.0%时效果最好,肉鸡总成活率为94%,饲养第8周时平均日增重为1 226.61 g,料肉比为1.90。

To investigate the effect of superfine herbal powder Huangdangsan on the production performance of broilers, 250 healthy white feather Avain broilers with basically the same weight were divided randomly into 5 groups. Different groups were fed without or with a certain dosage of Chinese herbal medicine Huangdangsan, which included 2.0% ordinary powder and 0. 5% , 1.0% , 1.5% superfine powder. The results showed that Huangdangsan affected positively the production performance of broilers, and the effect of superfine powder was more obvious than ordinary powder. The average of broilers＇ survival rate, daily weight gain, and feed efficiency of broilers with dietary supplements of superfine powder were significantly increased （P 〈 0. 05 ） . The effect of 1.0% superfine powder Huangdangsan was the best, and the survial rate of broilers was 94%. After 8 weeks, the daily feed intake was 1 226.61 g, and the feed conversion ratio was 1.90.
