“看图对话”互动式教育预防鼻内镜术后晕厥的效果评价

EFFECT OF INTERACTIVE EDUCATION WITH CONVERSATION MAP ON THE PREVENTION OF SYNCOPE IN PATIENTS WITH NASAL ENDOSCOPE SURGERY

目的探讨"看图对话"互动式教育对预防鼻内镜术后患者晕厥的效果。方法将142例鼻内镜手术患者随机分成实验组(n=73)和对照组(n=69)。实验组利用自制图片5幅由教育护士实施互动式教育,对照组接受鼻内镜手术的常规教育。观察两组患者在手术后发生晕厥率的比较,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结果实验组患者发生晕厥率明显低于对照组。结论 "看图对话"互动式教育对预防鼻内镜术后患者晕厥中有促进作用。

Objective To evaluate the effect of interactive education on the prevention of syncope in patients with nasal endoscopic surgery. Methods A total of 142 patients with nasal endoscopic surgery were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group and the control group.The former were 73 patients,the latter were 69 patients.The patients in the control group received routine health education,while patients in the experimental group received interactive education with conversation map.The probability of syncope was measured and compared between the two groups before and after the intervention. Results The probability of syncope experimental group were lower than the control group obviously. Conclusion The interactive education with conversation map can promote the prevention of syncope in patients with nasal endoscope surgery.
