摘要
目的通过小儿缺血缺氧性脑病在高压氧治疗及护理,探讨其治疗特点及护理经验。方法应用高压氧对小儿缺血缺氧性脑病进行治疗,单人纯氧舱27次为一个疗程,共需三疗程。在治疗过程中,加强对舱内舱外环境、舱内压力、温度、消毒、治疗的时间、宣教、心理等方面的护理。结果通过对81例小儿缺血缺氧性脑病在高压氧治疗期间的护理,得到满意的治疗效果,治疗总有效率达到88.9%。结论在高压氧治疗小儿缺血缺氧性脑病过程中,合理的舱内压力和治疗时间及完善的护理措施是取得良好疗效的必要保证。
Objective Treating neonatal＇hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy with hyperbaric oxygen and studying on the nursing care of it,to evaluation the characteristics and the nursing experiences. Methods Treating neonatal＇hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy with hyperbaric oxygen,27 times per course of treatment,one person a pressure chamber.Total is 3 courses of treatment.In the treating process,strengthening the nursing of the environment of in and out of the chamber,pressure of the chamber,temperature,sterilizing,treating time,teaching,psycholigies and so on. Results The reasonable nursing during the treating course of 81 cases neonatal＇ hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy with hyperbaric oxygen,the effects can be increased.The total effctive rate is 88.9%. Conclusion During the treating course of neonatal＇hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy with hyperbaric oxygen,the reasonable pressure in the chamber and better nursing are the necessary for the better ettects.
