深化院务公开工作的几点思考

REFLECTION OF THE PUBLICIZE OF HOSPITAL ADMINISTRATION AFFAIRS

院务公开作为医院管理改革的一项重要举措,在许多医院已经陆续推行,并取得了初步成效。但是,院务公开工作改革的步伐进展缓慢,仍然停留在初级阶段,存在着制度不完善、操作不规范、监督不到位、随意性较强、群众参与意识淡薄等问题,使得院务公开的地位和作用没能得到充分体现,为此,引发了笔者对深化院务公开工作的思考。

As an important policy in the Hospital Management Reformation,publicize of the hospital administration affairs has been implemented in some hospitals and has achieved initiative results.However,the procedure of publicizing the hospital administration affairs is slow;it still maintains at an initial stage.The reason for that is because of some existing problems such as the imperfection of the system;non-standardized operations;lack of supervision;over flexible and lack of group participation awareness etc.With regards to these,the author has share some thoughts and reflections on the further development for publicizing of the hospital administration affairs.
