ACCESS药物识别系统提高病区识别口服药物效率的评价

摘要 目的评价我院利用Access数据库设计的自主开发的药物识别系统在口服药品识别方面的应用。方法根据距离住院药房的远近选取3个目标病区(分别为最近、中等及最远),每组随机选取20名医护人员分别使用药物识别系统及传统方法模拟病区进行识别测试,记录完成时间。各目标病区各参加人员用两种方法分别测试3次,计算平均值。结果使用传统方法完成识别的平均时间分别为:最近距离病区(292±105)s,中等距离病区(370±105)s,最远距离病区(458±87)s。使用药物识别系统识别药物的平均时间分别为:为最近距离病区(46±9)s,中等距离病区(47±10)s,最远距离病区(46±8)s,利用药物识别系统识别药物时间明显少于传统方法。结论药物识别系统操作简便,利用该系统识别药物能有效缩短口服药物的识别时间,提高病区医护人员识别药物效率。 Objective To evaluate the efficiency of Drug Identification System which was design based on access database by our hospital for the identification of oral drugs in the ward. Methods According to the distance,three target wards(i.e.the nearest ward,the middle ward and the farthest ward) were chosen in the present study.20 health care workers were randomly selected in each ward.The selected worker identified the oral drug by using Drug Identification System or the traditional method,and record the total cost time.The tests were performed three times,the mean times were calculated. Results The mean identification time by using the traditional methods is(292±105)s(the nearest ward),(70±105)s(the middle ward) and(458±87)s(the farthest ward) respectively.While the mean identification time by using the ACCESS Drug Identification System is(46±9)s(the nearest ward),(47±10)s(the middle ward)and(46±8)s(the farthest ward).The mean identification time by ACCESS Drug Identification System was significantly less than that by traditional method(p0.01). Conclusion ACCESS Drug Identification System was Simple and convenient to operate.It can help to shorten the identification time of oral drugs and improve the efficiency of drug recognition.
