In the modern society,non-marriage cohabitation becomes a vogue but evidently,it results in many social problems.The paper,with the analysis of the reasons of non-marriage cohabitation,the problems it causes,and resorting to legislative experience from foreign countries,provides some suggestions to the solution of non-marriage troubles and to the perfection of legal system in China.
