摘要
基于项目的学习受到了越来越多的教育工作者的青睐。为了使教师能快速掌握基于项目的学习,教师培训是一个很好的选择。但如何提高教师培训的效果却成了摆在培训者和教师面前的一道难题。文章以UNESCO PBL培训为例,尝试探索基于项目学习的教师培训模式,以期为同类培训提供借鉴。
Project-based Learning is gaining more favor by educators.Training is an optimum approach for teachers to having an understanding of this learning.But how to improve the effect has become a serious problem facing trainers.This article discusses employing the PBL training sponsored by UNESCO as an alternative to implement teachers training and achieve desired results,shedding light on other similar practices.
