摘要
如何建立有效的协调机制是改革开放以来我国劳资关系调整的核心问题。这种机制不仅仅是指某些互不联系的单项措施,而是一系列相互支持的包括劳资关系三方协调机制、人力资源管理与劳资关系整合的内部协调机制以及内隐性的文化调节机制等构成的有机的整体性安排。通过各种协调机制的综合作用,劳资关系正和博弈局面下的"多赢"结果才能实现。
Establishing effective mediation mechanisms in China is a core of Adjustment of the Relation between laborer and entrepreneur since reform and opening up. The mechanism is not only refer to individual measure, but also refer to a series of organic arrangements consisted by internal mediation mechanisms for mutual supports, including unilateral madiation of the relation between laborer and entrepreneur, the internal mediation mechanisim consisted by human resources management and relation between laborer and entrepreneur, and implict cultural adjustment machanism.It is possible that win-win of the relation between laborer and entrepreneur and game situations will be achieved through the combined effects of various mediation mechanisms.
