摘要
改革开放以来,中国的经济体制由计划经济向市场经济转型,作为中国支柱产业之一的房地产行业也面临着新的挑战与机遇。同时,房地产市场的区域差异性也逐渐凸显。在分析当前的房地产市场形势基础上,可以探讨出区域差异形成的原因,并提出了完善住房政策,加快城市化建设和实行户籍制度改革等的对策建议。
Since the opening-up and reform, China's economic system has transited from planned economy to market economy. As one of the polar industries, real estate industry is being confronted with new challenges as well as opportunities. Meanwhile, the regional differences are becoming more prominent. This paper, by analyzing the current situation of real estate market, discusses about the causes of regional differences and puts forward such countermeasures as perfecting housing policy, urbanization construction and household registration system reform.
