摘要 公办学校流动儿童的品德能否与当地儿童一样健康发展,而影响他们品德发展的原因又是什么?通过怎样的方式使流动儿童的品德与当地儿童一样健康发展?究其原因,融入困难是影响公办学校流动儿童品德发展的主要原因,因为融入困难使流动儿童的品德与当地儿童有显著的差异,只有促使流动儿童融入当地及学校生活,扫除流动儿童发展的障碍,才能促使流动儿童健康成长。 Will the moral character of floating children in state-run schools develop as well as local children ? What affects their moral development? And what measures can we take to make the moral character of floating children develop as well as the local children? We propose that the blending difficulty is the main reason affecting the moral development of floating children in state-run schools. Owing to the blending difficulty, the character of floating children is obviously different from that of local children. The healthy development of floating children can be realized only when we take measures to make them blend into local life and school life and remove the obstacles.
