摘要
在高职教育进入快速发展阶段,对毕业生就业问题的关注已经从单纯地追求毕业生就业率转向提高高职毕业生的就业质量。近年来文秘专业毕业生表面上的供不应求和实际上的就业质量不高,值得我们去思考和分析文秘专业学生就业趋势和就业影响因素,从而提出提高文秘专业学生就业质量的有效路径,为文秘专业的建设指出努力的方向。
With the rapid development of higher vocational education, concern about students' employment has been transferred to employment quality instead of status. In recent years, it seems that students' supply falls shout of demand while in fact their employment quality is not so good. It is worthwhile to analyze the employment tendency and influencing factors and put forward some effective ways of improving quality, thus pointing out the direction of secretary construction.
