高校"去行政化"涉及到"官本位"、现实体制及其他相关因素影响,使得改革困难重重。应该对高效管理行政化与去行政化问题进行冷静思考,以期为高校的长期良好发展提供保证。

The de-administration involves official orientation, current system and other factors, which make the reform more difficult. We should take administration and de-administration into serious consideration to expect a sustainable development of colleges and universities.
