电化学合成氧化锌纳米线阵列并用于血红蛋白生物传感器的制备 被引量:3

摘要 以醋酸锌和醋酸钠为原料,采用控制电量法电化学合成氧化锌纳米线阵列.然后将血红蛋白固定在聚电解质修饰的氧化锌复合膜上,构建了高灵敏度的过氧化氢传感器.实验结果表明:固定在氧化锌纳米线上的血红蛋白呈现出一对较好的近乎可逆的氧化还原峰,较快的电子传递速率,并且对过氧化氢有良好的催化作用.因此,氧化锌纳米线阵列为酶的固定和直接电化学研究提供了一个新的有效平台. ZnO nanowires were obtained by electrochemical deposited Zn(Ac)2 and NaAc.Hb was adsorbed onto nanostructured ZnO modified by polylectrolyte,and high sensitive H2O2 biosensor was developed.Hb adsorbed onto ZnO nanowires presented a pair of reversible redox peaks,fast electron transfer rate and good catalytic properties to H2O2.So,ZnO nanowires provided an effective platform to fix enzyme and study direct electrochemistry.
