芦荟汁清除亚硝酸盐的作用

Ability of Aloe Juice for Cleaning Nitrite

试验采用芦荟汁加入亚硝酸钠溶液中,分光光度法测定芦荟汁不同浓度以及不同反应时间对亚硝酸盐含量的影响.结果表明,100%的芦荟汁对亚硝酸盐的清除率达3.96%;相同浓度的芦荟汁随着反应时间的增加,对清除率影响不大.推测芦荟汁中生物活性成分对亚硝酸盐有清除作用.

The Aloe juice was mixed with Nitrite solution and then concentration of Nitrite was determined by spectrophotometry. Results showed that the ability of Aloe juice on cleaning Nitrite changed little with time, and clearance of Aloe fumet on Nitrite was 3.96%. It was suggested that the component in Aloe juice eliminated Nitrite.
