城乡居民收入差距对犯罪率影响的实证研究

Study on the Influence of Urban-Rural Income Gap to Criminal Rate

改革开放后,在中国经济迅猛发展的同时,城乡居民收入差距却持续扩大,基尼系数连续几年超过国际警戒线,全国刑事犯罪率连年攀升,直接影响经济发展和社会稳定。目前,国内学者对收入差距与犯罪之间关系的研究做了一些探索,普遍发现收入差距与我国刑事犯罪率之间存在正相关关系。以此为基础,通过建立相关的数据模型,对城乡居民收入差距与犯罪率之间的关系进行定量分析,并在此基础上提出了相关的政策和建议。

The income gap between urban and rural residents continues expanding while China＇s economy has developed rapidly.Gini coefficient is higher than international alarm for years.The criminal rate is rising year after year which has a direct impact on economy development and social stability.At present,the domestic scholars have made some researches on the relationship between income gap and crime.It is indicated that the income gap and criminal rate in China are positively correlated.Based on these studies,this paper gives a quantitative analysis on the relationship between urban-rural residents income gap and the crime rate through establishing relevant data model.Finally the relevant policies and suggestions are proposed.
