摘要
高校是高层次人才和创新型人才培养的重要基地,构建创新型师资队伍对提升高校自主创新能力、提高创新型人才培养质量至关重要。从创新型个体单元、创新型组织结构和创新型协作模式三方面阐述了创新型师资队伍的结构特征,从人才引进、自主培养和协作共享等模式分析了创新型师资的培养方式,从科学的管理体制、宽松的科研环境、合理的激励机制和一流的硬件环境等方面阐述了创新型师资队伍的培养环境,为高校创新型师资队伍的构建提供策略借鉴。
University is the important base for educating high-level and creative talents.Construction of innovative faculty is critical in enhancing independent innovation capability and improving talent-training quality.This paper elaborates the structure characteristics from three aspects,which include the innovation of individual units,the innovative organizational structure and the innovative mode of cooperation.The cultivating mode of innovative faculty is analyzed from the aspects of the talent introduction,self-cultivation and collaborative sharing.The culture environment of innovative faculty is described from the aspects of the scientific management system,the reasonable incentive mechanism and the first-class hardware.Some strategies are provided for the construction of innovative faculty.
