摘要 本文以聚乙烯亚胺为高分子骨架,通过与活性嫩黄X-RG反应,制备了一种高分子活性染料,然后再对所得染料进行季铵化改性,最终得到一种新型高分子阳离子活性染料。对该染料的耐溶剂性、酸碱性和溶解度等性能进行了测试,采用红外光谱对合成的高分子阳离子活性染料的结构进行了表征。在无盐染色条件下对棉织物进行浸染,上染率90%,固色率在55%左右,且具有良好的干、湿摩擦牢度。 A reactive polymeric dye was prepared by reaction of Reactive Yellow X-RG and polyethyleneimine backbone;and by quaternizing this dye,a novel cationic reactive polymeric dye was obtained in the end.The solvent resistance,the acid/alkali resistance and the solubility of the cationic reactive polymeric dye were determined,and the structure of it was characterized by IR.In salt-free dip dyeing of cotton,the dye uptake was 90%,the dye fixation was 55% and the dry/wet fastnesses to crocking were good.
