摘要
本文介绍了1-(4'-磺酸基苯基)-3-羧基-5-吡唑啉酮的一种合成方法。以2-乙酰基丁二酸二甲酯(DMAS)与对氨基苯磺酸重氮盐缩合、闭环,再碱性水解而得。本方法与传统方法相比,因DMAS的国产化及价格优势而凸现其较高的经济性,极具工业化生产价值。
An economic synthetic process of 1-（4′-sulfophenyl）-3-carboxy-5-pyrazolone was introduced.It was synthesized from dimethyl acetosuccinate and the diazonium salt of sulfanilic acid by condensation,cyclization and alkaline hydrolyzation.Compared with the traditional process,this process highlighted its economy because of advantage of DMAS on price,so it has tremendous value in industry.
