摘要
采用SolidWorks2009三维软件建立简化模型,利用流体分析软件Floworks对棒材穿水冷却管采用直、曲导流槽及其是否采用紊流套进行了仿真分析,研究了流、固体温度场,流体速度、压力场及棒材表面平均对流换热系数,比较了这4种冷却管结构的效率及成本。
The simplified model was created by Solidworks2009. Four kinds of water cooling tube structures were simulated by Flowroks. The data of thermal field, fluid velocity, pressure field and average convection heat transfer coefficient were researched. The efficiency and cost of different cooling tube structures were compared.
