摘要
针对莱钢4300mm宽厚板生产线只能实施一轧两待和一轧三待的批轧模式,因而影响产量和成材率的提高,且存在待轧中间坯分钢时易出现跟踪错误的问题,通过将中间坯的间距由4.0m修改为1.20m,将辊道安全距离由3.5m修改为2.0m,并将分钢触发信号由热检信号改为逻辑信号,实现了两轧五待的批轧模式,使30mm以上厚规格的平均生产节奏由5.4min缩短至3.1min,生产也更加稳定。
The output and yield rate were affected by original bath rolling models, i.e. roUmg one piece and two pieces waiting and rolling one piece and three pieces waiting, at Laiwu Iron and Steel Group Co. , Ltd. Meanwhile, the tracking error problem was often taken while waiting pieces rolling. Therefore, a new hath roiling model of two pieces rolling and five pieces waiting was applied, and the distance of intermediate billet was shortened from 4m to 1.2m,safe distance of roller modified from 3.5m to 2.0m. The plate splitting signal was changed from hot check to logical signal too. The average pace of production reduced from 5.4min to 3. lmin for over 30ram thickness heavy plate, and the production was more stable by new hath rolling model.
