摘要
介绍了日钢棒材厂通过优化Φ22mm带肋钢筋的成品孔型参数和工艺调整技术、将18#轧机的电机功率由1000kW增大为1400kW、优化冷床的齿条尺寸、为K3孔的入口导卫加装2个平辊等技术措施,成功地实现了Φ22mm热轧带肋钢筋的二线切分轧制,使其产量提高了16.9%,产品合格率达99.6%,而且生产顺畅,作业率达85.3%以上。
The two-strands splitting rolling technology for Ф22mm ribbed bar was realized by adjusting pass system and process parameters. Meanwhile, the motor power of No. 18 mill was increased from 1000kW to 1400kW, the rack size of cooling bed was optimized, and two flat roll was installed in the entrance of K3 guide. The output was increased 16.9%, the pass rate of product was reached 99.6%, and the operating rate was obtained 85.3%.
