摘要
为控制四辊炉卷轧机的轴向力,利用高精度的FARO激光跟踪仪对四辊轧机机架进行了全面测量,并依据测量结果对轧机窗口弯辊块区域进行了修复,使机架两侧弯辊块处窗口中心线的偏移量控制在较小的范围内,解决了轴向力过大的问题。
To control axial force of 4-h Steckel mill, the stand of mill was detected by high precision FARO laser tracker. Based on it, the offset of central line of bending block mill windows between the operation and drive side were controlled within a small range. And then, the over axial force problem was resolved.
