摘要 以复杂性系统理论为指导,运用模糊德尔菲法、模糊层次分析法以及模糊综合评判方法制定针对中等职业教育师资培养质量的评价体系,其一级指标为培训师资、培训内容、培训条件、培训管理和培训效果。此评价模型可操作性强、指标明晰,将其应用于云南大学国家级骨干中职师资培训质量评价中,证明评价客观、可信。 The evaluation system for training quality of teachers of secondary vocational education was established,with the guidance of complexity system theory,by applying fuzzy Delphi method,fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and its primary index include the training teachers,training contents,training conditions,training management and training effects.The application of the evaluation mode with characteristics of strong operability and clear index in the evaluation for training quality of teachers of national backbone of teachers of secondary vocational education of Yunnan province has proved that its evaluation is objective and credible.
