摘要
目的研究鱼腥草对免疫性肝损伤大鼠的保护作用及可能机制。方法采用卡介苗+脂多糖诱导的免疫性肝损伤大鼠模型,检测不同组别大鼠血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素1-β(IL-1β)的变化。结果与模型组比较,鱼腥草高、中剂量(0.6、0.3 g/kg)均可显著降低大鼠血清ALT、AST酶活性;显著降低TP、ALB、TNF-α和IL-1β的含量,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论鱼腥草对免疫性肝损伤大鼠具有一定的保护作用,作用机制可能与其降低血清AST、ALT、TNF-α和IL-1β有关。
【Objective】To explore the protective effect of YUXINGCAO on immunological liver injury in rats.【Methods】The immunological liver injury rat models were produced by intra-peritoneal injection with BCG plus LPS.The activities of AST,ALT and ALP,the contents of TP,ALB,TNF-α and IL-1β in serum of the five groups were detected.【Results】The activities of ALT and AST in YUXINGCAO groups(0.6 and 0.3 g/kg) were lower than those in model group.The contents of TP,ALB,TNF-α and IL-1β in YUXINGCAO groups(0.6 and 0.3 g/kg) were also lower than those in the model group.The differences between YUXINGCAO and model groups were significant(P 0.05 or P 0.01).【Conclusion】YUXINGCAO has protective effect on immunological liver injury in rats,and the mechanism may be related with its decreasing the activities of AST and ALT and the contents of TP,ALB,TNF-α and IL-1β.
