摘要 目的探讨脂肪前体细胞因子1(delta drosophila homolog-like1或delta-like1 homologue,DLK1)和磷脂酰肌醇蛋白聚糖3(Glypican-3,GPC3)在原发性肝细胞性肝癌(HCC)中的表达状况及其临床意义。方法分别应用免疫组化S-P法和原位杂交的方法检测HCC150例、肝硬化50例、肝炎组织50例和正常肝组织10例中DLK1和GPC3的表达。结果 DLK1和GPC3在HCC﹑肝硬化﹑肝炎和正常肝组织中的表达差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 DLK1和GPC3的异常表达与肝癌的发展密切相关,DLK1和GPC3之间具有相关性,两者在肝癌的发生发展过程中起非常重要的作用。 【Objective】To investigate the expressions and clinic significance of DLK1 and GPC3 in human hepatocellular carcinoma.【Methods】The expressions of DLK1 and GPC3 in 150 HCC tissues,50 cirrhosis tissues,50 hepatitis tissues and 10 normal tissues were detected by immunohistochemical methods and in situ hybridization.【Results】The expressions of DLK1 and GPC3 in 150 HCC tissues,50 cirrhosis tissues,50 hepatitis tissues and 10 normal tissues were significantly different.【Conclusion】The abnormal expressions of DLK1 and GPC3 are closely associated with the development of human primary hepatocellular carcinoma.There is correlation between them.They may play an important role in the development of HCC.
