七氟烷全麻诱导现状 被引量:4

摘要 七氟烷(sevonurane)于1968年由Regan合成,1986年完成了三期临床试验,1995年经美国FDA批准在美国上市。七氟烷的血/气分配系数仅0.63,在常用的挥发性吸人全麻药中较低,吸收和清除迅速,吸入后很快达到肺泡有效浓度,故其诱导、苏醒过程迅速,麻醉浓度具有较强的调节性。又由于七氟烷有香味,加之对呼吸道刺激小,并且有较好的血流动力学稳定性,和其他吸人性麻醉药相比,易为患者接受。现就其诱导现状作一综述。
