儿童哮喘患者峰流速仪使用情况1080例调查

目的:调查莆田地区儿童哮喘患者峰流速仪使用情况。方法:采用多级抽样方法,调查了莆田地区1080名14岁以下儿童哮喘患者,采用logistics分析方法探究影响峰流速仪使用的影响因素。结果:莆田地区儿童哮喘峰流速仪使用率43.84%,越接近市中心,使用率越高。峰流速仪使用率的主要影响因素是为是医生建议和患者的认识。结论:加大医生的宣传推荐力度,消除患者家属的顾虑,提高家属对峰流速仪的认识,是目前峰流速仪在哮喘病人管理中的主要问题。

Objective： Putian survey of chil- dren with asthma peak flow meter usage. Methods：Multi - stage sampling method to investigate the Putian 1080 children under 14 with asthma,the use of logistics analysis to explore the impact of peak flow meter use factors. Results： Putian asthma peak flow meter use was 43.84%, closer to downtown, the higher the rate. Peak flow meter usage of the main factors for the doctor＇s advice and patient understanding. Conclusion： Doctor＇s recommendation to increase publicity efforts to eliminate the concerns of family members of patients,family members improve the understanding of peak flow meter, peak flow meter is in the asthma management of the main issues.
