摘要 wMPS(workspace Measuring Position System)是一种新型的网络式大尺寸测量系统。与基于角度交会的定位方法相比,基于光平面交会的定位算法避免了方位角的计算,消除了发射器装配误差的影响。通过对两种算法的证明和比较,分析了主要误差来源,并通过实验进行了验证。实验结果表明,在6m×6m×3m的工作范围内,测量误差小于0.15mm,满足大多数现场大尺寸测量需求。 wMPS(workspace Measuring Position System)is a novel network large-scale measuring position system.Compared with traditional angle intersection location method,the new algorithm based on light-plane intersection avoids the calculation of bearing angles,and the impact caused by transmitter assembly errors was eliminated.These two algorithms were proved and compared,the main error sources were analyzed,and the results were verified by experiments.The experimental consequence show that the measurement error of wMPS is less than 0.15mm within the 6m×6m×3m working area,this accuracy can meet most requirements of on-field large scale measurements.
