图书馆职业有其特点,也具有一定的吸引力,但是受诸多因素的影响,职业地位不高,吸引力不强。进一步提高图书馆职业吸引力是促进我国图书馆事业持续健康发展的有效途径。

With its characteristics library profession has appeal for some people. But affected by many factors, the profession, s social status is not high and its attraction is not strong. The paper puts forward some effective ways to raise attraction of library profession for its healthy development.
